1. The petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):-
“(i). Quash the impugned order dated 15.12.2025 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure P-1) (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refer the matter to the District Judge in accordance to the BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.02.24 10:38:02 +0530
2 Sec 10 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962. (iii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the lawful compensation along with interest as permissible in law; (iv) Grant any other relief, as his Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before District Judge, Dantewada under Section 10(2) of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, for redressal of her grievance.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection on the above prayer of the counsel for the petitioner.
4. On due consideration, prayer is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
