Case No. 125 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, subsequently Sections 317(2) of B.N.S. and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 61(2), 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 have been added to the First Information Report. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was involved in commission of robbery and was dishonestly receiving the stolen property and was also in occupation of illegal fire arms. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade as mentioned in para 08 of the bail application. It is also submitted that the co-accused person has been admitted to bail by the Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.11.2025 in B.A. No. 10205 of 2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 20.09.2024 as mentioned in para 15 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 with the condition that he will co- operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
