By this application, the respondent nos.1 to 4, who are original claimants, prayed for withdrawal of amount which is deposited by the appellant before this court. 2. It is pointed out that the respondent no.1 is aged about 68 years and suffering from various ailments. So also it is stated that the applicants are in dire need of amount as the sole earning member of the family member is expired. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 4. The respondent nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of amount which deposited by the appellant before this court along with interest accrued thereupon, subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 5.
