The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. Despite service of notice none appears on behalf of the respondent authorities. 3. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the petitioner has got admission in the course of General Nursing and Midwifery in the Cosmos Institute of Nursing on November 1, 2024. The duration of the course is of three years. The petitioner has applied for education loan before the respondent no. 7 in terms of the scheme but in spite of the receipt of the request of the petitioner, the bank has not considered the application of the petitioner for grant of education loan to the petitioner for continuing her study as General Nursing and Midwifery. 4. This Court finds that the application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the respondent no. 7 and the same has not been considered. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 7 to consider the application filed by the petitioner for grant of education loan by 2 giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and to communicate the said order to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 6. WPA 11590 of 2025 is disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
