------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Anuj Kumar Trivedi, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Vikash Kumar Rai, AC to GA-IV

02/ 20.07.2026: By skillfully drafting the prayer, the petitioner wants that this Court by exercising the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India entertains the private land dispute between the parties.
2. From the argument of the petitioner, it is clear that some private persons are trying to grab the land of the petitioner, for which, he has approached this Court praying for a relief that the State authorities i.e. the Circle Officer, Pathalgadea, Chatra to take appropriate action against the land grabber.
3. Considering the nature of dispute, which is a land dispute involving private persons, the petitioner should approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction claiming right, title and interest or for perpetual injunction, against the persons, who are trying to disturb the possession of the petitioner. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition the same is dismissed.
