JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the proposals dated 06.09.2025 vide Annexures B and H respectively and applications dated 21.08.2025 and 04.06.2025 vide Annexures C and J respectively, wherein the petitioners sought for grant of pensionary benefits in favour of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 along with interest. Though the petitioners have submitted an applications on 21.08.2025 and 04.06.2025, respondent No.2 has not passed any orders on the said applications. Hence, this writ petition. 2.
