Akash Bhardwaj working on contract bases as Faculty Member was ordered to be terminated from the service vide letter ref No HRD: AB dated 31-07- 2026 on account of major penalty. Whereas the said Sh. Aksh Bhardwaj approached the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh against his termination and the Hon'ble High Court was pleased to stay the termination order in C.W.P No. 13550 of 2026 titled as Akash Bhardwaj vs. Union of India and Others.
