However, the said proceedings remained unsuccessful. 2. It is noted that the award amount as mandated under Section 30 of the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923 has not been deposited by the appellant till date despite lapse of around two years and multiple opportunities. Even today, learned counsel submits that he has no instructions. 3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeal along with pending application is hereby dismissed.
