2. This first bail application has been moved by the applicant seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.422 of 2024, under Section 420, 467, 468 & 506 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

The case of the applicant is that he is merely an employee of a firm, namely Abroad Education Services, which facilitates students in applying for visas and education loans for pursuing studies abroad. It is submitted that a sum of ₹11,98,000/- was transferred by the complainant into the applicant’s account, out of which Rs. 11,55,000/- was further transferred by the applicant to the account of the principal accused, who is the owner of the firm. It is further alleged in the complaint that, apart from the said RTGS transfer, certain amounts were also paid in cash to the accused persons.
4. This Court, vide
order dated 17.02.2026, granted interim bail to the applicant for a period of five weeks, subject to the condition that he shall deposit the remaining amount of
2026:UHC:2443 ₹2,00,000/- in the account of the complainant within four weeks from the date of his release.

Learned counsel submits that the co-accused has already filed a compounding application stating therein that an amount of ₹8,25,000/- has been paid to the complainant, and the remaining amount has been paid by the present applicant. On this basis, it is contended that no further amount remains payable by the applicant.

Learned counsel for the complainant concedes that the entire outstanding amount has been paid by the applicant and nothing further remains due towards the complainant.
7. Per contra, learned State Counsel submits that apart from the present case, three other criminal cases are stated to be pending against the applicant.
8. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and taking into account that the entire amount, as alleged, stands paid to the satisfaction of the complainant, this Court is of the view that the applicant has complied with the condition imposed in the interim bail order.
9. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court finds it a fit case to confirm the interim bail granted to the applicant.
10. The bail application stands allowed.
11. Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide
order dated
2026:UHC:2443 17.02.2026 is hereby made absolute. Let the applicant, namely, Satvinder Singh @ Bittu be released on bail in the aforesaid case, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
