In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents to institute a First Information Report on the basis of a written report date 03.01.2024. 3. The counter affidavit which has been filed by the State, reveals that the matter was enquired into and it was found that there was a civil dispute between the petitioners and their adversary and in fact, a suit is also pending being Original Suit No.2 of 2024 before the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division-I), Gumla. It also appears that a writ application was also preferred by the petitioners being W.P.(C) No.5172 of 2023 which was disposed of on 22.03.2024 with certain directions giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the SAR Court for restoration of the land under Section 71A of the Chotanagpur Tenancy Act. 4. In view of the fact that the liberty which has been given to the petitioners, has been availed of by approaching the Civil Court, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application which is accordingly, disposed of.
