The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the Petitioner available in the ofÏce of the Respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents no. 3 & 4 to demarcate the land of the petitioner in Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.05.11 11:10:11 +0530 2 accordance with law. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 10.4 That the cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is recorded Bhumiswami (landowner) of the land bearing Khasra No. 9/1, admeasuring 3.237 hectares, situated at Village Bhanesar, Patwari Halka No. 22, R.N.M. Seepat, Tahsil Masturi, District Bilaspur. 3. Learned counsel further submits that an application for demarcation of the aforesaid land was filed on 15.07.2021; however, the same has not been decided till date. Hence, he prays for a direction for demarcation of the aforesaid land. 4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel submits that since the petitioner is seeking a limited direction to the concerned authority for deciding the application, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Tahsildar to decide the petitioner’s application in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The concerned Tahsildar shall also be at liberty to direct the petitioner to file an appropriate application, in addition to the earlier application, if so required. 6.
