The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.06.2026 passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No.196 of 2026. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, vide order dated 18.06.2026, this Court had granted provisional bail to the petitioner, considering that she is the mother of an especially-abled female child. It has been prayed that the said provisional bail be extended for a further period of two months or till the disposal of M.C.A. No. 192 of 2026, which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X-cum- Special Judge (ACB), Dhanbad. 3. Heard the parties. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's prayer for regular bail is already pending before the concerned court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for extension of provisional bail. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned court seeking extension of the provisional bail. If any 2026:JHHC:21376 Page | 2 Cr.M.P. No.2146 of 2026 such application is filed, the concerned court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, without being prejudiced by this order. 5.
