Mr. Rajat Choudhry, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4. 2. Petitioner claims himself to be a tenant of respondent No.4 w.e.f. year, 1998 on regular and due payment of rent from time to time. His case is that respondent No.4 has constructed a new building wherein out of 08 existing tenants, shops have been allotted to six of them. Qua one, litigation is stated to be going on between the concerned tenant and respondent No.4. The petitioner also sought allotment of one of newly constructed shops statedly constructed by respondent 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has represented his cause to the respondents vide Annexure P-3 dated 07.03.2025 and forwarded on 06.10.2025 (page 19 of the paper book). However, till date, the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the respondent No.1/Competent Authority. 3. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matters, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) dated 07.03.2025 of the petitioner and forwarded on 06.10.2025 (page 19 of the paper book) to respondent No.2, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.
