The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025. The husband of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons which resulted in his death. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It has been submitted that in fact the theft was committed in the furniture shop of one Shubham Sharma by the deceased which resulted in Shubham Sharma instituting a case being Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 much prior to the institution of the present case. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2025 and so far as the recovery of base bat is concerned, the same has been effected on the confessional statement of co-accused Shubham Sharma. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the petitioner was also one of the persons who had inflicted assault upon the deceased. Regard being had to the generality of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the incident seems to be the repercussion of an allegation of theft committed by the deceased in the shop of Shubham Sharma for which a separate case was instituted earlier to the present case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S.
