Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.08.2026 along with copy of order dated 24.08.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 24.08.2026, reveals that the representation made by the petitioners, seeking regularization from their initial appointment on contract basis has been considered and rejected. 3. Since this Court vide judgment dated 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 07.07.2025, passed in CWP No.10720 of 2023, titled, Chet Ram & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Anr., had only permitted the petitioners to make fresh representations to respondent No.2/competent authority, within a period of two weeks from 07.07.2025, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks, the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has duly been complied with and as such nothing remains to be adjudication in the present petition and the same is disposed of as having been fully satisfied. However, the petitioners, if aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 24.08.2026, may take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
