In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29th May, 2026 (Annexure-H) for entering the name of the petitioner in computerised RTC in respect of the schedule property. 3. Heard Sri. P. Dhananjaya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Sri. P. Dhananjaya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by referring to the Grant Certificate produced at Annexure-B, argued that, though there is no dispute as to the grant of schedule land made in favour of the petitioner, the name of the petitioner is not found place in the RTC extracts. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the respondent No.2 has to verify the genuineness of the Grant Certificate referred to above by the petitioner and to take decision in the matter. 6. In the light of submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parities, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is placing reliance on the grant certificate and grant order produced at Annexures 'B' and 'C' in respect of the land in question, the respondent No.2 is directed to verify the original records as to the grant of the schedule land and take decision in the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
