THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION No.10820 of 2019 ORDER:- 1. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the Station House Officer, P.M. Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, in registering series of crimes against the petitioners on the very same set of allegations, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Lakshminarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the Writ Petition. 3.
