The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.451 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act and the case is pending in the court of learned JMFC, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the seizure list itself, it has been disclosed that 1000 Kgs. Jawa Mahua and 55 Litres Mahua wine have been seized from the Village- Gadrma. He submits that petitioner was not present. However, name of the petitioner has been shown in the seizure list and there is no independent witness on the seizure list and further he has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para-12 of the instant petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of recovery of 1000 Kgs. Jawa Mahua and 55 Litres Mahua wine. 5. Regard being facts and circumstances of the above submissions, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, FC, Giridih, in connection with Complaint Case No.451 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid ( 2026:JHHC:21353 ) down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
