The petitioners named above have been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 (S.T. No. 268 of 2023, G.R. No. 682 of 2023) for the offence registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Jamshedpur. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit and now the case is posted for defence evidence.
