Phukan, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This Court under its order dated 26.06.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 3673/2025, directed the Director of Elementary Education, Assam to consider and dispose of the representation submission by the petitioner on Page No.# 2/2 19.06.2025. 3. By the representation dated 19.06.2025, the petitioner raised a grievance that inspite of having all required qualification and inspite of provincialising the School, wherein, the petitioner was serving and on 16.05.2013, she was left out and her services was not provincialised. 4. Today, when the matter was listed, Mr. A. Phukan, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a speaking order dated 17.12.2025 passed by the Director of Elementary Education, Assam, in compliance of the order dated 26.06.2025 (supra), whereby, the claim of the petitioner has been denied. 5. Mrs. Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the though the representation has been disposed of, however, claim has wrongly been dealt with and therefore, while closing this contempt petition, she may be granted liberty to assail such speaking order dated 17.12.2025. 6. Prayer stands allowed. 7. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed for the order dated 26.06.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 3673/2025 being complied with. 8. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall have liberty to assail such speaking order dated 17.12.2025 passed by the Director of Elementary Education, Assam, if any grievance still remains.
