By this application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking amendment, as during pendency of the petition, he is terminated from service and, therefore, he wants to amend the petition by incorporating all these circumstances as well as in the prayer clause. 2. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5, 7 and 8 strongly opposed the application and submitted that he can file a separate petition to raise his dispute and, therefore, the application deserves to be rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner to carry out the amendment within two weeks. The amended copy be supplied to the respondent Nos.1 to 5, 7 and 8 and be placed on record. 5.
