The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No.71 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 317(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/21 of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of motorcycle and false allegations are made of loading coal on the said motorcycle which was alleged to be seized on 25.03.2026 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 29.04.2026. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be owner of the said motorcycle. 5. Considering that the seizure list is said to be dated 25.03.2026 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 29.04.2026 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Dhansar P.S.
