Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of the order passed in terms of Section 87 of the Chota Nagpur Tenancy (CNT) Act, the Circle Officer is not entering the name of petitioner in the virtual records in respect of the land in question. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 - Circle Officer, Baghmara Circle, District Dhanbad, by filing a fresh representation along with relevant documents. 2026:JHHC:21318 3 5. Upon receipt of such representation, the Circle Officer, respondent No.4 - Circle Officer, Baghmara Circle, District Dhanbad, will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order; and also communicate the same to the petitioner. 6. The entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the representation. 7.
