This Court, vide order dated 04.09.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5222 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicants, namely, Dheeraj, Pushpesh Indaura and Shiva Kumar had expressed its trust that the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi@ed copy of that order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh District- Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 27.02.2026 has requested for grant of one month time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the statements of the weighment witness and the Investigating O<cer are yet to be completed, though the statement of the Investigating O<cer has been partly recorded. It further reveals that due to the absence of the weighment witness, the case could not be concluded within the stipulated time. Hence, an additional period of one month is required for conclusion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certi@ed copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o7 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
