It is contended on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may proceed to auction the truck. Therefore, he seeks stay of the auction proceedings so as to enable the petitioners to approach the Appellate Authority under the Essential Commodities Act. 4.
