Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I am of the view that, the reasons assigned by the respondent No. 2 at Annexure-A is contrary to law as Probate is an option insofar as the Hindus under the Provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. 4. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 07.08.2024 (Annexure-J) and dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure-K) at the earliest in accordance with law within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
