[2026:RJ-JP:503-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-438/2025] As per the factual report, the missing girl Ms. “P” is major and has stated before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Neemrana, District Kotputli-Behror that she is major, is not in illegal detention and wants to go at the place of her choice. The factual report is corroborated from the statement of Ms. “P” dated 15.11.2025 recorded before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Neemrana, District Kotputli-Behror available in the case diary. From the aforesaid report, it is apparent that it is not a case of illegal detention. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
