1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased
to
issue
and
appropriate writ/order/direction and for compliance of the SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2026.05.08 16:46:46 +0530
2 impugned Circular dated 06.10.2018 issued by respondent no. 1 to the respondent no. 2. 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was appointed as Teacher in a government-aided school on 01.07.2009 and after completion of eight years of service, she became entitled to get regular pay scale pursuant to order issued by the State of Chhattisgarh dated 06.10.2018. He would contend that till date said benefit has not been extended despite repeated efforts. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Abhishek Singh, Panel Lawyer would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Teacher in a private School run by respondent No. 4, but same is not a government-aided school, therefore, petitioner would not get any benefit from circular dated 06.10.2018. He would submit that petition is misconceived and deserves to be dismissed. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Though it is pleaded that petitioner was appointed as Teacher in government- aided school, but no document has been placed to demonstrate this fact.
Annexure P/2 would show that petitioner was working with respondent No. 4/Madarsa Chhattisgarh Anjuman School since 2009, but in absence of relevant documents, it cannot be concluded that respondent No. 4 is government-aided institution; therefore, petitioner would not be entitled for any benefit flowing from circular dated 06.10.2018. Accordingly, this
3 petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Sd/-
