The applicant, who is in custody since 10.05.2023, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.571 of 2023, arising out of Jharia (Borragarh) P.S. Case No.67 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.1423 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad. 3. The prayer for bail of the applicant were earlier rejected by this Court, vide orders dated 27.09.2023, 06.09.2024 & 04.03.2025 passed in B.A. No.6551 of 2023, B.A. No.7794 of 2024 & B.A. No.10120 of 2024 respectively. 4. From perusal of the report submitted by the learned Trial Court, it appears that the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been done and the matter is pending for examination of the defence witness. 5. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of the applicant once again. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is hereby, rejected. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
