The learned counsel for the petitioner, in this Interlocutory Application has submitted that though the petitioner had submitted that the details of bailor
Page No.# 2/2 along with the bail bond, the same had been rejected, since the directions of this Court required at least one of the bailors to have landed immovable property in his name within the jurisdiction of the learned Jurisdictional Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the bail bond amount being on the higher side, this Court may also consider reduction of the bond amount. The learned Addl. P.P also has been heard who has submitted that the reasonable conditions may be imposed in the event this Court reduces the bond amount and gives the relaxations regarding the necessity of the immovable property being situated within the jurisdiction of the learned Trial Court. The submissions have been considered. In the facts and circumstances, this Court directs that the conditions regarding the bail bond of Rs. 1,50,000/- shall now stand reduced to Rs.75,000/- with two sureties of like amount one of which shall have immovable property in his name within the State of Assam. The other conditions are not being modified or altered. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
