The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 217 of 2026 arising out of Petarbar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 59 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(4)/111(2)(b)/111(3) of B.N.S. & Section 27/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner committed robbery and looted 5,31,350/- and also snatched mobile of the informant and others. It is next submitted that without putting the petitioner on T.I. parade, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 01.11.2025 as mentioned in para 01 of the instant bail application. Though, charge- sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner, but none of the witnesses has been examined. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat (Bokaro) in connection with S.T. Case No. 217 of 2026 arising out of Petarbar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 59 of 2026 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
