1. The present petition assails interim order dated 12.06.2026 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (“CAT”) in O.A./2246/2026 (DELHI), only to the extent that the interim relief against transfer of petitioner from CBI, ACB, Delhi to CBI, EOB, Mumbai has been rejected.
2.
Learned counsel for the respondents submit that 20.11.2026 is fixed before the CAT for final disposal of the matter. They undertake that on the said date, they shall argue the matter before the CAT.
3. The petitioner is also ready and willing to argue the matter before the CAT on the same date. This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 05/10/2026 at 11:31:59
4. We hope and trust that the CAT shall take up the matter on the said date and, after hearing the parties, endeavour to decide the same on the same date or, in the alternative, on a day-to-day basis thereafter, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
5. The parties agree that since the challenge in the present petition is confined to the interim order passed by the learned CAT and the main matter is now fixed for final disposal on 20.11.2026, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Consequently, pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed.
