This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in B.A. No. 541 of 2026. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the name of the petitioner which is “William Soy” but inadvertently the name has been mentioned in the petition as “Willian Soy” which has resulted in an error in the order dated 17.03.2026. Accordingly, the order dated 17.03.2026 is modified to the extent that in the cause-title of the said order, the name of the petitioner “Willian Soy” shall now be read as “William Soy, son of Singram Soy @ Singray Soy”.
