Counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical error in 9th line of Para 8, the letter dated ‘24.01.2025’ is erroneously mentioned instead of letter dated ‘29.01.2026’ and therefore, it may be corrected accordingly. 2. Counsel for the respective respondents do not dispute the submission of counsel for the applicant. 3. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, as also considering the earlier paragraphs of the order dated 17.03.2026 wherein, the letter written by respondent No. 6 is mentioned as dated 29.01.2026, MCC is allowed. In 9th line of Para 8 of the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in W.A. No. 5650/2024, the words ‘letter dated 24.01.2025’ be read as ‘letter dated 29.01.2026’. It is ordered accordingly.
