This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the followings reliefs:- "10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of direction, directing the respondent no. 2 Digitally signed by SHAYNA KADRI 2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 for transfer of permanent stage carriage permit bearing no. 707/RPR/2012 for the route Nandghat to Bemetara via Jhiria Balsamund with one return trip daily, in accordance with law. 10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose off the petition in light of order dated 11.03.2026 passed in W.P.(C) no. 1028/2026 as the similar facts involved in that case also. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to concerned respondent Authority to consider and decide pending application/representation dated 07.01.2026 of the petitioner (Annexure-P/2), expeditiously, within specific time. 3. Learned State Counsel have no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State 3 Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation dated 07.01.2026 (Annexure-P/2) of the petitioner, in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulations, preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
