The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jeteya P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 registered under sections 64(2) (f) (m), 69, 318(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. itself it is stated that informant and petitioner were in relationship since 2023 and F.I.R has been lodged on 09.12.2025. He next submits that relationship was consensual and the informant is widow aged about 36 years whereas petitioner is aged about 28 years. He next submits that false allegation has been made of establishing physical relationship on the pretext of marriage. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that on the pretext of marriage physical relationship was established. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that the informant and petitioner were in relationship since 2023 and F.I.R has been lodged on 09.12.2025. Prima facie what has happened that is consensual in nature. It is an admitted position that physical relationship was established on several time and when the marriage of the petitioner was fixed the present case has been lodged. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am ( 2026:JHHC:4674 ) inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa, in connection with Jeteya P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.18.02.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
