Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Hemen Das who is apprehending arrest in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 507/2025 (corresponding to GR Page No.# 2/2 Case No.3007/2025), registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/ 336(3)/340(2)/61(2) of the BNS, 2023. The case diary is not received. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dispur P.S. Case No. 507/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 653/2025, dated 29.11.2025. In view of the above, Mr. D. Barman, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Court below on each and every date fixed by the trial Court, if he is allowed to remain on bail. As the case has already been charge sheeted, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for his regular bail in said Dispur P.S. Case No. 507/2025, with a regular bail application, which shall be considered by the learned trial Court in accordance with the law. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
