By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of 296 days delay in filing the appeal. It is pointed out that the applicants are the ordinary resident of Assam and they were not in regular contact with the Counsel. It is further pointed out that applicant, being an illiterate person was not aware that immediately after decision of the Tribunal, they have to file the appeal before this Court. 2. In view of this, the delay of 296 days caused in filing appeal is condoned subject to condition that in case this Court allowed the appeal, the appellant will not claim any interest for a period of 296 days. 3.
