This Court suspended the sentence vide order dated 06.04.2026 subject to the revision petitioner depositing 50% of the fine amount (inclusive of the amount already in deposit) on or before 28.04.2026 and the said order was not complied with. 3. This Court vide order dated 29.04.2026 passed order that on behalf of revision petitioner, time was prayed and the conditions of interim order dated 06.04.2026 is not complied and consequently, non- bailable warrant is issued to the revision petitioner through Superintendent of Police, Shivamogga and the same is not executed. Moreover, the revision petition is not yet admitted and only the sentence is suspended conditionally.
