Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that security of the petitioner was reviewed periodically by the committee as per Rules. Latest Threat Perception Assessment was made on 21.05.2025 and 21.07.2025. It was concluded that there is no requirement to provide personal security to the writ petitioner, as there is no threat perception. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel representing writ petitioner would submit that in the light of above facts and circumstances, writ petition may be closed, without going into merits of the case, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to file fresh writ petition, as and when occasion arises for seeking security. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed without going into merits of the case. The petitioner is at liberty to file another writ petition in accordance with law, as and when he needs security.
