That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities particular AVINASH SHARMA Digitally signed by AVINASH SHARMA Date: 2026.05.08 10:10:23 +0530 2 respondent No.2 and 4 to decide pending application for correction of the land in the online map revenue record within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2. Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised by the petitioner stands squarely covered by the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in WPC No.1606 of 2025 (Santrupuri vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others), as such, this petition may also be disposed of in terms of the observations/directions made in the paragraph Nos.5,6 and 7 of the order dated 27.03.2025, which reads as under:- 5. Annexure P/1 is an application filed by the petitioner for correction of his name in the online map revenue records of the land description of which is mentioned therein. Annexure P/1 also bears the receipt/seal of the respondent. 6. In view of the aforementioned facts, the concerned authority is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. It is for the concerned authority to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and on its own merits. 3 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 3. Since the grievance raised by the petitioner stands squarely covered by order dated 27.03.2025 passed in WPC No.1606 of 2025 and the petitioner is also seeking same relief, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the observations/directions made in the paragraph Nos.5, 6 and 7 of the order dated 27.03.2025.
