THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM
C.M.A.NO: 358/2010 JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Maheswara Rao Kuncheam)
On 02.02.2026, this Court passed the following order:
“ The respondent has filed a petition under Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to pass a decree of divorce and the same was allowed. Challenging the same, the wife filed the present appeal.
2. On 30.04.2010 an interim suspension was granted on the decree of divorce, while admitting the appeal. Thereafter, as per the docket orders, the matter was referred to Lok Adalath, but the same could not be settled. There is no appearance on either side on 08.04.2017.
3. Considering the appeal is listed after long time, granting one more opportunity for the learned counsel for the parties to appear and to argue the matter, post this matter in the next
"Weekly Cause List".
2. There is no representation for either the appellant or the respondent, even in the revised call.
3. The matter pertains to the year 2010 and is listed in the ‘weekly cause list’.
4. The C.M.A is dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
