Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if such an application has been filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, this Court finds that the petitioner has already filed an application for grant of Bhumiswami Patta before respondent No. 3/concerned Janpad Panchayat on 29.10.2025, which is stated to be pending consideration. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, within a reasonable period from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
