Criminal Appeal No.2800/2025 wherein in para 8 of the said judgment the name of the Court i.e. “trial court” has been wrongly mentioned instead of “investigation officer”. Having heard the contentions made, and upon a perusal of the material available on record, it is directed that in the order dated 21.11.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Appeal No.2800/2025 in [2026:RJ-JP:2042] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-671/2025] paragraph no. 8 of the said judgment the name of the Court i.e. “trial court” be read as “investigation officer”. It is made clear that no change is made to the remaining contents of the order dated 21.11.2025 and the present order shall be treated as part and parcel of the said order.
