Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of office order dated 07.07.2026, passed by the Senior Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEBL Bilaspur, H.P., which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted the work charge status on completion of 8 years of regular service w.e.f. 10.10.1992. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.10.2025, passed in CWP No.16427 of 2025, titled, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Ram Pal vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
