Contempt application is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 11th May, 2026 when alleged contemnor Ramjiban Mandi, Teacher-in-Charge of Rathipur Barada Banipith (HS) Paschim Medinipur is personally present. 2. Learned advocate representing alleged contemnor has filed affidavit of compliance affirmed on 15th May, 2026 and same is taken on record. 3. It is submitted on behalf of alleged contemnor that order passed by this Court on 19th February, 2025 is complied with by the alleged contemnor by forwarding requisition for 2 payment of arrear dues to the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE) Ghatal Sub- Division, Paschim Medinipur on 11th May, 2026. 4. Attention of this Court has been drawn to pages 11 to 13 of affidavit of compliance wherefrom it appears that Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE) Ghatal Sub-Division, Paschim Medinipur received letter of the alleged contemnor dated 11th May, 2026. 5. It is found that order dated 19th February, 2025 is complied with so far present alleged contemnor is concerned. However, concerned State respondents are directed to take steps for release of arrear dues in terms of order dated 19th February, 2025. 6. Contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped. 7. Personal appearance of alleged contemnor is dispensed with. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
