Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) The learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 22.08.2026 and copy of office order dated 06.11.2024, passed by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lalpani, Shimla, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner and other similarly situate persons have been considered as deemed regular employees of the State from the date when they were initially appointed/joined on contract basis with all consequential benefits, however, monetary benefits are extended to them notionally. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 20.09.2024 passed in CWP No.1328 of 2024, titled, Neelam Devi and others vs. State of H.P. and others has been complied with, the petition filed by the petitioner seeking execution of the judgment has rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
