Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land has been mutated in name of the private respondent no. 7 without issuing any notice to the petitioners without even hearing the petitioners. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that the private respondent 2026:JHHC:9414 2 no. 7 has purchased the undivided share from the co-sharer of these petitioners. It is their grievance that while mutating the land in the name of the respondent no. 7 the petitioners were not even noticed. 4. Be that as it may, the order which the petitioners are challenging was passed by the Circle Officer. The said order is appealable before the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, thus, I direct the petitioners to approach the concerned Land Reforms Deputy Collector by filing an appeal. 5. If an appeal is filed, the concerned Land Reforms Deputy Collector after hearing the parties will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6.
