ORDER:-
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents. Perused the material on record.
2. The petitioners are landless poor persons and were granted D.K.T.Patta by the 3rd respondent in Tirupati District, specifically to an extent of Ac.01.90 cents in Sy.No.9 (1st petitioner), to an extent of Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.10/1 (2nd petitioner), to an extent of Ac.1.17 cents in Sy.No.10/3 and Ac.0.39 cents Sy.No.16/3 (3rd petitioner) and to an extent of Ac.1.13 cents in Sy.No.10/2 (4th petitioner). Followed by a detailed enquiry, the Revenue Authorities updated the revenue records and issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners developed mango plantation in the said lands.
3. The petitioners allege that the 3rd and 4th respondents attempted to forcibly dispossess them without prior notice or adherence to due process of law. Seeking to protect their peaceful possession, the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents submits that the respondents will act strictly in accordance with law before initiation of any action.

Learned counsel for the petitioners consented to the said submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader and requested to dispose of this Writ Petition.
6. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners’ possession of the subject property except by following due procedure established by law.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
