1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
10.1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner in an appropriate post commensurate with her qualifications, within a stipulated time frame of 3 months from the date of order, in light of the demise of her father Birju Samundre on 13.08.2019 and her application dated 26.07.2022.
10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to relax the time limit under Rule 16 of the Consolidated Revised Guidelines, 2013, if necessary, and expedite the process through the Administrative Department and Director, Urban Administration and Development Department, considering the humanitarian aspects and without further delay.
10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to granted any other relief, as it deems fit and appropriate"

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an application for compassionate appointment, however, no decision has been taken on it till date. He, however, submits that petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only praying for permission to submit representation before
3 respondent No.4 and in turn, respondent No.4 be directed to consider and decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously within specified time.
3. Leamed State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 that they have already forwarded the claim of petitioner before respondent No.2.
5. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit representation before respondent No.2 and 4 for redressal of grievance as raised in this writ petition. If such a representation is submitted by petitioner, respondent No.2 and 4 are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.
